As a sales leader, you will be employed as a store salesperson with a sales leadership assignment that generates an additional bonus. Your main task is to be available for our customers as a store salesperson, listening to their needs and ensuring that the store inspires purchases. The work includes, among other things, cashier duties, valuation, signage, display, stock work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and cleaning.

You will also have operational responsibility for one or more areas within the unit. You are responsible for organizing and planning the work conducted within the area(s) in the best way possible and ensuring that the right efforts are made to achieve set goals. You report to the store manager and may be responsible for specific tasks delegated by them.

Are you the one we are looking for?
You have relevant retail experience, preferably from a concept-driven chain. You have experience working with campaigns and the visual expression in-store to ensure an inspiring shopping environment through effective displays. You are well-versed in social media and are excited about creating engaging content for Myrorna's Instagram. A background as a visual merchandiser is highly meritorious.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and can prioritize between different tasks. Since the conditions in the store can change from one day to another, it is important that you are flexible and thrive in a changing environment. You are structured, responsible, and service-oriented. A fast-paced environment is something you prefer, and you have no issues with physically demanding work.

We expect you to have an interest in fashion and interior design and assess that you need to master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form as you will coach, guide, and mentor individuals doing their internship in the store.

The position is a permanent employment at 80%, with a probationary period applied.
